They are 20-25% lighter and 25-30% stiffer than those using a glued double layer construction. In the industry, they say if you are looking for the best performance sup, then go for a fusion double layer inflatable sup every time.

REINFORCED SIDE RAIL CONSTRUCTION
High pressure laminated inner rail and heat-pressed seam ensures an air-tight and waterproof seal. The second layer reinforced rail band creates the final seal whilst adding extra compression and additional stiffness.

DIAMOND CUT DRY DECK
The 5mm diamond cut deck is made from soft, yet durable, non skid marine grade EVA foam. The UV & heat resistance pad dries quickly, providing ultimate grip and performance.

Due to the way in which Saltie Paddleboards are constructed, they have superior a max weight load than a lot of competitors, holding up to 160kg, so enough for an extra passenger!

HOW OUR BOARDS ARE MADE
Saltie Sup Boards are made using FDL Technology, the latest technology in the inflatable SUP manufacturing process. It is cutting edge and the best that you can get, you start with the drop stitch of a single skin board and then a second PVC layer is laminated directly to it.
