Once you have placed an order, we will first have a little celebratory cheer in the warehouse, the order will then be automatically fulfilled by our warehouse team. You will receive a notification that will fulfil your order detailing the tracking information and any other relevant information regarding your order.
Standard Great Britain Delivery on orders under £100 - Next Working Day Delivery is £5.95.
Standard Great Britain Delivery on orders over £100 - FREE Next Working Day delivery
Standard Northern Ireland Delivery on orders under £100 - 2 Working Day Delivery is £17.95.
Standard Northern Ireland Delivery on orders over £100 - FREE 2 Working Day Delivery
Orders received by 2.30pm, Monday-Friday, are usually processed same day.
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday during normal working hours for next working day delivery. (2 days for NI)
Orders submitted over a weekend/bank holiday would usually be dispatched the following working day.
Orders received after 2.30pm Monday-Friday are usually dispatched the following working day. However, if we do receive your order in time we will always make every effort to process/pick/pack your order as quickly as we can to dispatch your order that same day, before our daily parcel collections.
Orders placed at weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched next working day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it will make us a little sad, however simply send it back within 30 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org , stating your name, contact details, order number and date of purchase. Please advise which item(s) is/are to be returned. The team will then look after everything from there.
We ask that your return item(s) are shown some Saltie love right up until you give it to the postie, it should be suitably and considerately re-packaged. You must include any/all manufacturers labels/tags, information, instructions, warranty information, bags etc as supplied to you. Please take reasonable care of the item(s) you wish to return as we reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund and return the goods to you if they are not fit for re-sale.
Please ensure you include your order number and reason for returning.
Products must be in their original packaging, pending product inspection before we can offer a full refund.
Saltie Sports warrants that all Saltie Sports products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product.
If a product is found to be defective by Saltie Sports, in its sole discretion, Saltie Sports only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.
The warranty applies only to Saltie Sports products purchased from saltiesports.com or an authorised Saltie Sports Dealer and is valid for the original purchaser only. Transfers of warranty is not possible.
Saltie Sports assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department.
Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
Damage caused by improper packing.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
Damage Caused by excessive UV/Heat Exposure (shown by distinct yellow glue staining around seams or fading of parts such as fins and logos)
Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives.
Damage to Saltie Sports products caused by non-Saltie Sports products.
Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages.
All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by Saltie Sports.
Repaired or replaced products are covered for a 24 month period.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from Saltie Sports or an authorised Dealer.
Saltie Sports will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss of use of product.
Warranties and/or product replacements are only applicable/redeemable in the original country of purchase.
Collection of Information: We collect personally identifiable information such as names, postal codes, addresses, emails, and so on, that are voluntarily submitted by our visitors like you. The information you provide and that is collected is used to fulfill your specific request.
Distribution of Information: In the event of fraud prevention or investigation, we may be asked to share collected information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
